Economic development arm of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa. Currently chair a seven member board of directors that works closely with the Tribal Council, Red Cliff Tribe's Planning Department and multiple regional partners. One subsidiary enterprise and two developing subsidiary entities make up current revenue diversification.

Phenomenal Indian gaming property in northern Wisconsin, located on the shores of Lake Superior and directly accessible to the 22 Apostle Islands. Operations consist of casino, resort, event center, marina and two separate campgrounds. I achieved several objectives including implementation of 16 departmental standard operating procedures, implementation of comprehensive COVID-19 protocols with multiple phases, and onboarded the permanent General Manager.

Primary market is Indian Country and refining value add for the nation governments and their enterprises. Functionality outside of direct resourcing also lies in bridge-building between Indian country and non-native service or vendor organizations. Services rendered are marketing planning and execution, business development and enhancement across operations in benefits, wellness, HR, supply chain, outreach, or revenue growth.

Achieved state and federal certifications required to compete in government contracting. Recruited business development and project management professional. Turned an annual revenue loss into zero budget in six months utilizing lean efforts, contracting talent and effective financial margin strategies. Fulfilled fiscal 2020 revenue projections by 80% in Q1 of 2020 with much more than the remaining 20% on deck by my departure date.

Introduced the Balanced Scorecard for all entities. Lead executive in an 80acre business park development that includes master leasing, permanent corporate office construction attached to full flexibility workforce development center. Successfully achieved $3m EDA construction grant for workforce development and broke ground on downtown $3.3m retail development. Aligned comprehensive training, leadership development, wellness benefits, 401(k), and employee paid health insurance across entire holding corporation. Instrumental in drafting and adoption of Tribe's hemp ordinance.

Original intent of role was established on May 24, 2017 when Tribal council requested me to lead corporate. Virtually 90 days to stabilize fiscal performance, morale, seat a new board of directors and secure new legal services. I was successful in full stabilization but also modernized all fiscal budgets for true accuracies in research and development, travel/training, associate retention, retained earnings, and lean out variable expenses. Through proper decision making and higher awareness of business monies incoming and outgoing, improved net income allocations by 105% by end of fiscal year.

For profit limited liability company successfully created and acquired from the Lac dew Flambeau Tribe. Forecasted profit margins were surpassed monthly in fiscal 2016 and 2017. Successfully turned a 1.2million debt liability into 200% better than budget net income for FY2016 and surpassed net income for FY2017 at end of April '17, five months soon.

Delivering on objectives- After we have the opportunity to talk, conduct applicable assessments and begin placing your needs into measurable objectives, I'm highly accurate in meeting the objectives in the amount of time desired, at a very aggressive budget.
Accuracy in detail- Considering the amount of time business professionals don't readily have a lot of, I go into a task with an element of giving you peace of mind that my work product is relatively error-free in spelling, grammar, industry jargon and calculations.
Value through resourcefulness- "I don't know but I'll find the answer and get back to you." Experience from time and experience over broad range of industries makes me your "go-to". But I won't just settle for finding a solution. I'll learn about the industry in question, learning trends, identify centers of influence, and propose network contacts for your consideration.
Seek to stay a step ahead- This is also fulfilled through my example up above. Additionally, I have the ability to apply various viewpoints toward your objectives. I perform this from experience as an operator, as a governing role member, or as a concerned citizen of a community. Helping you stay ahead of the curve is powerful with positioning you less reactive.
Listening and asking- Let's just say I learn more when my mouth is closed. Application of diligent listening, asking questions, testing theory, collaborating scenarios of what-if, and did I mention listening. This skill saves time and money with accuracy, open-mindedness, and absence of ego.
